Dropped in, no warning. Despite an planned early closing, a very nice lady provided me with a specially made floral arrangement for Christmas. It was beautiful. I will definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down the BEST customer service I've experienced in a long time! I needed same-day flower delivery for my mom’s birthday, and they absolutely delivered—literally and emotionally. The arrangement was stunning and truly made her day. Huge shoutout to Fay for her beautiful work! The flowers were not only fresh and vibrant but arranged with such care and artistry. Fay, thank you for helping create such a special moment for us—it meant more than you know. Highly recommend for anyone looking to send a meaningful gift with love and care behind it.

I recently had a same-day home delivery of a beautiful arrangement. They called within minutes to confirm the delivery address and talk design after initiating the order online. Our toddler recently returned home after an emergency room visit and she loves pinks and purples, and it did not disappoint. They even included a special little something for my daughter on their own initiative which was truly touching and made my girl so happy! The gentleman who delivered the flowers was also so kind with such a nice smile that added to the kind moment. Now a forever customer of Alexandria floral.

I've used Royalty Flowers twice in the past year. Tee and her team are very personable and accommodating. I've come up with ideas off their website and she will customize to your liking, as needed. You'll be amazed at the variety of flowers she had in stock and all looked very fresh. I will be using Royalty again and look forward to it. Updated 05/10/2024 - The team at Royalty Flowers/Alexandria Floral are still tops at their trade. I walked in for a custom Mother's Day arrangement during a busy time and was promptly attended to. The business has a terrific selection of flora and even better eye for design. Photos to follow. I will be back again.

Tee is a wonder!  She made our wedding so beautiful and took a lovely venue from a 10/10 to an 11/10.  We ordered a bridal bouquet, two mothers bouquets, boutonnieres, a table arrangement, and an arch decoration. I love beautiful flowers, but not very knowledgeable in the slightest.  Tee did an amazing job talking me through what I liked and wanted and was able to magically create the most beautiful arrangements from my vague recommendations.  She was phenomenally responsive and made sure everyone had all the information they needed (including a full list of the flowers she was planning to use). She was incredibly gracious when we had to first reschedule our 2020 wedding and eventually change our 2021 wedding to a small elopement with just our parents.  She still delivered her absolute best and both sets of parents commented on how much they loved the flowers.
